main / series canon verse. proceeding the events of her biography, olympia is a thief for hire with a bounty on her head. her main focus is her survival and her continued heists, seemingly unable to escape this lifestyle as she works to avenge her parents' deaths.
book canon verse. private verse, only offered to close friends. this verse follows the events as told in olympia's novel / previous development prior to privatization for protective purposes. frankly, the only reason this verse still exists is for river and dillon.
single mom verse. follows the beginning parts of olympia's timeline, with the divergence being olympia and antonio got together when she was 22 instead of 23. their relationship produced a child named willa alexandrine beckett la russa who will be featured as being between the ages of 4-8, with olympia being between the ages of 27-32.
top gun verse. more aligned to top gun: maverick than the original film but i think olympia can still fit into either verse well. still following the basics of olympia's biography, but when her parents died, she was taken in by her estranged uncle who sends her off to military school in hopes it would straighten her out, then when he's away, she spends the summers in arizona flying at his friend's place. this leads to her attending the naval academy and enlisting in the navy as an aviator, later becoming a graduate of top gun and performing special missions when called. she goes by the call sign spade, since there's always a deck of cards in her hand. more information on this verse can be found here.
serial killer verse. in which olympia is still the daughter of thieves, but she herself is a killer instead of taking after their career choice. olympia exhibited an early onset of evil in childhood when she pushed her babysitter down the stairs. things progressed when her parents were eventually killed for robbing the wrong house, leading her to avenge them and leaving an ace of spades card by their dead bodies. the media thinks she's a man and has titled her the spade killer which she finds humorous. now, she kills when she gets the call to do so. more information on this verse can be found here.
western verses.
old western. inspired heavily by kissing kate barlow from holes (2003), olympia is a vengeful outlaw riding horses through the west as she avenges her parents' deaths, leaving a trail of dead bodies marked with her signature of an ace of spades card in her wake, and hunts down buried treasure in the middle of the desert. she is also known to get into a saloon fight or two every now and then. this verse takes place in the 1800s.

vampire verse.
olympia and her family get attacked by a vampire and her parents are killed. she doesn't suffer the same fate, and instead gets turned into a vampire as something scares her maker off. she was inadvertently saved, but now, she must learn to survive this new world that just opened up to her. more information on this verse can be found here.
mutant verse.
olympia was a child in a relatively normal family who happened to have the ability of magic manipulation. it turned out that special skills such as this was a dormant trait in her parents' genetics that became active in hers. after an incident in which her abilities were used in school accidentally, a government agency aiming to perform experiments on those who exhibit these abilities and seek to control its users, hunts her down and kills her parents in the process of trying to protect her. now, olympia must work on honing her skills as a means for survival as she strives to avenge her parents' deaths. she's also still a thief in this verse but she only does this out of survival. more information on this verse can be found here.
spy / mercenery verse. in which the firm is a global independent intelligence agency hired by different governments (or individual entities). olympia is a spy / mercenary when needed, sent around the globe to retrieve information or prevent anything that would lead to an international catastrophe from happening. more information on this verse can be found here.
sky high verse. single-ship and affiliated with @inrovina. olympia is the daughter of two villains and entered sky high for a program they had to try to prevent villains' kids from becoming one themselves. here, olympia meets her twin flame, xeno krúos. more information on this verse can be found here.
fantasy verses.
princess verse. olympia was the daughter of two thieves and sorcerers, adrian and petunia, who lived in the forrest of amaerath. together, when she was at the age of 21 years old, the family worked together to steal the crown and overthrow the king and queen of the land of amaerath as they did not support the monarchs' taxes and obvious theft from the lower class workers. after succeeding in this mission, olympia lived as a princess for a few years and the family was beloved by the working class of amaerath due to their fair practices. recently, however, her parents were killed by the previous king and queen's supporters, leaving olympia to be coronated as queen of the land. but her predecessor's supporters seem adamant in finishing their job, and as such, olympia must hide and receive aid through her supporters in order to stay alive and make it to her coronation.knightress verse. inversely, olympia is a young sorceress and thief who was given a second chance after being orphaned by the king and queen of amaerath who found her parents trying to steal from them in order to feed the family and pay for their necessities. her life is sold to protect the royalty and becomes the prince and princess' protector, using her magic as a weapon against anyone who intends to harm the royals. while olympia hates the king and queen, she's grown fond of their children as well as the connections she's made within the castle.
star wars/sw adjacent verse. disclaimer: this is a twist on olympia's fantasy verse, as jumpstarted by mara (@aldereign) and expanded upon by me. proceeding the murder of her parents, olympia takes her place as queen of amaerath, a planet in the unknown regions of the galaxy and one of the two that orbit around the sun, amaerena. tensions within her own planet are high, as supporters of the previous rulers (who were dethroned by her family) are still present and upset that her family, a trio of nobodies interested in improving the livelihoods of the working class, took over the throne and are changing the economics and politics of the planet. however, with the threat of the empire spreading across the galaxy, olympia seeks to create unity within the planet, if only temporary, in order to support the rebel alliance. it should also be noted that olympia is force-sensitive and prone to prophetic dreams. more information on this verse coming soon!
actress verse. olympia's parents are still thieves, only this time, she isn't. while they used her to distract the audiences they were stealing from during their magic shows and fortune telling performances, olympia was discovered by a talent scout at a young age and pursued acting. her career was on a steady incline until her parents robbed the wrong family and were killed in the process, causing hollywood to blacklist her. now, in an era of second chances, she's trying to crawl her way back into people's hearts through a documentary that plans to explore her side of the story, avoiding swallowing the pill that her time has come and gone, that she's nothing more than a name forgotten. more information on this verse can be found here.
athlete verses.
figure skater verse. inspired by disney channel films, go figure (2005) and ice princess (2005), along with abc family / freeform's make it or break it. olympia is a figure skater, whose parents spent every last penny they had on lessons and coaching, and she's facing a lot of pressure to be one of the skaters to represent the u.k. in the olympics. she knows her time is limited, and all she desperately wants is to get a gold medal before she retires.
skier. same as above, but with skiing instead. olympia is still an olympic hopeful who wants to medal before retiring.
gymnastics. literally the same as above also. inspired by make it or break it and stick it, olympia suffers through the trials and tribulations of being a gymnast all for the hope of becoming the next great olympian.
twisters verse. not exactly a storm chaser. due to growing up in oklahoma, part of tornado alley, olympia's become well versed in predicting tornadoes and other storms. while she doesn't do anything with these particular skills, she often lends a hand to storm chasers who don't quite know what they're doing and are only there for the thrill of it all. when asked why she doesn't chase storms, her response is, why chase something that's already in you?

traits. adaptable. adventurous. curious. honest. humorous. loyal. observant. vindictive. sarcastic. selective. self-serving. thievish. witty.detailed description. olympia presents herself to be an overall friendly and approachable young woman. she's the kind of person who is often wearing a mask, keeping a safe distance between the reality of who she is from those she's come to know, so much so that there's a lot left to learn about her even if you've known her for years. olympia cuts apart bits and pieces of herself and distributes a different piece to each person, like a puzzle that would take too long to solve. she is exteremly difficult to get to know due to this, but olympia excels at making people feel close and connected to her even when they know nothing about her. she simply feels like someone you've known your entire life, and thus, she's easier than most to trust. olympia values honesty, at least in the one on one sense. she doesn't mind lying to people but when she is lied to by someone she loves or trusts, it hits a nerve. this is due to the fact that she thinks she's an overall trustworthy individual and the fact that she isn't trusted annoys and hurts her. for someone in the criminal field, olympia is particularly sensitive toward those she cares for, but keeps them hidden away from others for their safety. olympia is also highly observant and it is difficult to get things past her. she often walks into a place and can spot any abnormalities. she's able to remember and spot how many people have certain appearances or qualities about them that make them distinct.

knife set. with knives being olympia's weapon of choice, it only makes sense she has a knife set on her at all times. these daggers are mainly meant for throwing, though they're mostly used handheld.

occupation. fighter pilot, flies an f-18 jetproceeding the death of her parents, olympia is sent to live with her cia agent uncle, harrison beaumont, and private investigator cousin, heart beaumont. due to olympia acting out and her history with crime (which she was not charged with due to her being a minor and authorities thinking she was manipulated into it, at least that's the story her uncle sold them), her uncle forced her into military school to straighten her out along with the fact that no one would be home during the school year as her cousin had moved out for college by then. in the summers when harrison was away from work and heart provided no form of entertainment, she would visit arizona, to harrison's friend's property, eliza carpenter, who owned their own private plane which olympia was taught how to fly. olympia quite enjoyed this, and the stories from the navy she'd heard from both her classmates and eliza.as soon as she graduated from military school, she enlisted in the navy to be an aviator due to her interest in flying. she liked to fly really late, or really early, finding it relaxing and adrenaline rush inducing. she especially liked to fly the jets due to its speed.throughout her time in the military, she earns the callsign spade, as she's often seen with a deck of cards, showing off tricks. she also becomes a highly regarded aviator and gets called to TOPGUN with the 1% of pilots around the world, and later graduates from the academy. now, olympia often comes back to teach TOPGUN, when she's not getting recruited to missions.

modus operandi.
though adaptable to how her victims respond to her, olympia primarily uses manipulation in order to lure her prey in. it often starts with a helpless act, displaying herself as some sort of damsel in distress. a car breakdown, a dead cellphone, a non-existent date or boyfriend standing her up or leaving her on the side of the road. it predominantly starts with a sad story, a hook to reel someone in. then it slowly transforms into her asking for a favor or inviting them on an adventure with her. said adventure or favor usually leads her victim in a secluded area, often an isolated cabin in a farmland or wooded area, or an abandoned building. throughout it, she employs methods of seduction to get closer to her victim. when she gets close enough, she slits their throat. there are times, however, when she might use a particularly heavy rock or brick instead and kills her victims through blunt force trauma. a crushed skull tends to go a long way.olympia doesn't keep trophies of her victims. aside from her parents' killers, she doesn't truly know them and she doesn't feel the need to. she's also quick to destroy evidence. she never leaves a murder weapon behind, always disposes of them hundreds of miles away from where she leaves the dead body. due to the nature of her attracting these victims to secluded locations, it often takes days for people to find her victims, even longer if she's killed someone no one would miss. while olympia doesn't have any keepsakes of her victims, she does leave one thing behind: a fresh card with an ace of spades, careful not to leave any fingerprints, always located on or near the body like a sick signature.it should be noted that los angeles, california and the entire state of new york are sanctuaries. olympia would never perform kills on either of these places due to their size and her love for them. olympia would never put herself in a position to get caught or her loved ones in a position where her actions may affect them, which is why her victims are often in small, nowhere towns hundreds of miles away from places she considers home.
victimology.
while olympia doesn't have a specific type, no hair color or eye color she's more inclined to kill, her victims are often men. she considers them weak, low-hanging fruits that could be persuaded and molded into anything. with most of her victims being men, her m.o. tends to be more aligned with how to lure them to her chosen crime scene and commit the murder.she has killed women, but this is a rare occasion and she is less interested in victimizing women than she is men. for women, she follows a similar pattern as her modus operandi but she does not act helpless, and rather lulls her female victims to a false sense of security through friendships and 'going on adventures'. her kills for women are more ritualistic and she is less likely to commit murder via blunt force trauma with them.

mrs. tompkins. neighbor who would occasionally watch olympia while her parents were away performing heists. the woman was rude to her parents and treated them poorly behind their backs, often making snide remarks around olympia about her family. so, one day, she pushed the woman down the stairs and with the design of the home, her head hits the corner of a wall, effectively crushing her skull and causing her to bleed out. adrian and petunia came home to her dead body and when olympia was asked what happened, she shrugged and said she guessed she fell and stated she was just playing in her room and didn't hear anything. she was 8 years old then.
vampire verse.

olympia grew up in a fairly normal household with her parents. one night, when they were out, the family was attacked by a vampire. her parents were killed immediately, the vampire having drained all of their blood from their bodies, and olympia was about to suffer the same fate when she was saved by someone driving down the road they were on. the driver stopped and helped olympia, taking her to the nearest hospital.there, olympia completed her transformation as a fledgling vampire. it was late at night and she was being looked after by one of the nurses in the emergency department. the nurse came in to check on her, and olympia, thirsty for blood and in a frenzy, killed the nurse along with a few other night shift staff. she fled the scene and later came back to herself once the frenzy was over and the thirst was satiated and grew ashamed of herself.now, she is trying to learn how to manage her hunger and survive while not intending to harm anyone. usually, olympia tries to feed on people who she deems deserves death, and if she's in a pinch, she preys on animals.

magical illusions. could also be known as visual illusions. as it was her strength when she was human to be able to trick people into seeing what she wants them to see, it has become her talent in vampirehood. she's able to project onto people's minds what she wants them to see, whether it be something as simple as exaggerating a card flourish or something as wild as making them see their physical fears on her (for instance, her hair may turn into snakes if they fear snakes). she's still using how to use this ability, so it's out of control. of course, this ability is limited and she can't use this on those who can create a shield.standard vampire abilities of inhuman speed, regeneration, heightened senses, and increased strength.

the government started an agency meant to test those who exhibited special abilities in an attempt to weaponize them. as a result, mutants were hunted down to be experimented on. in an attempt to prevent their daughter from becoming one of those experiments, olympia's parents died during a raid by that government agency, and she thankfully was able to flee. she stayed with her grandparents for a few months, before ultimately deciding to leave them in hopes to keep them safe.olympia now stays in abandoned buildings or with friends who exhibit the same infliction of mutantism and performs heists for criminal organizations in order to get by. she also occasionally performs street magic for extra cash, using her abilities to wow crowds.

olympia was a child actress who was discovered whilst her con-artist parents were using her as a distraction, performing magic tricks, as they pickpocketed the crowd. one day, someone in the crowd happened to be a talent scout who saw potential in her and decided to represent her. she almost immediately became famous, and was type casted as the adorable little girl in various productions and commercials. her most notable appearances, however, is in YOURS, MINE, OURS (2009) as the protagonist's spunky daughter, thea, when she was almost 12 years old, as well as a cereal commercial when she was 9. behind the scenes, however, her parents were pulling heists wherever her career took them. film sets became daycares / victim networks, until she's 17. when she was 17, her parents were killed while pulling a heist on a wealthy, armed family. they were killed by gunshots and the scandal all but ruined olympia's career. she was blackballed in hollywood, dropped by company partners and unable to act. the only person who stayed loyal to her was dorinda sheppard, her agent. things quieted down after a while, though olympia's career was hardly revivable. the only offers she'd received were for lifetime movies which she always saw that she was too good for, and she'd rather not waste her career this way and make her situation worse.recently, from the spur of social media and people's interest in creating video essays and docuseries, olympia was offered a chance to redeem herself through a documentary titled, THE UNFORGIVING SPRING, which is still in the works but has progressed enough to have been announced with its full title. this documentary aims to analyze hollywood toxicity and olympia's story is just one of a series they're doing on celebrities whose careers have taken a hit due to scandal. it's a slow crawl back to her previous status, but it's worth a try. once again, her name and face become known to the public. will their opinions of her readjust? or would they have the scandal stuck in their heads?

olympia's the daughter of two villains: goldilocks (her mother), a classic telekinetic that specialized in theft, spearhead (her father), a telumkinetic (weapon manipulation) who is responsible for distributing weapons to thieves around the country. when she enters sky high, she's already got a reputation for being a thief, rumours spreading around about her like she were already a highly regarded villain herself. as such, she keeps her head low, avoiding most of her classmates, and quietly earning high marks. still, her lone-wolf act and good grades aren't enough to keep the teachers and students from watching her.

history.
born to adrian and petunia beckett, aka spearhead and goldilocks respectively, two agents who originally started at mi5 before severing their official ties and moving to independent global intelligence agency, the firm. olympia spent most of her childhood without any knowledge of her parents' occupation, but they lived in a private residence in a well-off part of cardiff, on a rather large property. while olympia didn't know, or have any proof of her parents' work, she had thought they did something strange as she didn't have much of a childhood with them and was often forced to get through obstacle courses they built in their home before school.
since she could walk, olympia was enrolled in various training classes that were passed off as hobbies, sports and interests a pair of parents may put their child through to see if they would find it enjoyable. these classes included: swimming, gymnastics, and various types of martial arts. before going to school, olympia was also expected to complete an obstacle course that varied each day.
in her early teens, olympia discovered her parents' real jobs. she'd always been under the impression that her parents did important work for the government, but didn't realize just how important it was. she was then briefed and given more details of her parents' work and decided to join the firm's onboarding program. she went through a series of courses to improve the skills she already had, and also allowed her to develop different ones, and started to join her parents in missions.
in her late teens, olympia's parents were killed on a mission. since then, olympia had developed a close relationship with one of the brokers named josephine gatlin.
currently, olympia continues to work with the firm, getting sent on various missions around the globe.
